Product Description:
The product is no rules structure of the saturated thermoplastic resin, its appearance is white powder; it can be mixed and used with PVC, evidently increasing the impact resistance strength in lower temperature, flame resistance, ageing resistance and flexure performance.
CPE135A mainly used in products such as window profiles, pipes, pipefittings, extrusion board, and also used in magnetic materials, such as magnetic rubber strips and all type of flattened magnet.
Characteristic:
Chlorinated polyethylene with excellent weather resistance, heat resistance, ozone, flame resistance, chemical and other properties, while there is a result of molecular chain polar and non-polar chain segment may be PVC, PS, PC and rubber blending, compatibility, well, they can be used to make plastic alloy, to improve the comprehensive properties of the material.
Application:
CPE 135A is designed for general purpose plastic impact modification where superior impact strength, good low temperature property and high filler acceptance are required. This grade is the most popular grade for plastic impact modification. The application fields cover PVC door and window profiles, siding, sheet, fence, pipe, electrical conduit etc.
Product performance:
It is white powder and innocuous. Since hydrogen atoms are replaced by chlorine atoms, the crystallization of HDPE was destroyed and becomes soft and full of rubber property. Because of the presence of chlorine atom, CPE turns into polar polymers and has the same polar groups as PVC. Under this situation, it increases the compatibility of PVC. In addition, it can blend with PE, PS and rubber to improve its physical properties.
