This product is a random, saturated, thermoplastic elastomer with almost no crystals. Has low plasticizing temperature and Mooney viscosity, excellent processing performance, and natural rubber and synthetic rubber

The mechanical property test and SEM observation analysis show that when EPDM / CPE135B = 70/30, the comprehensive performance of vulcanizate is best when blending rubber phase. In the research of the reinforcement system, fast extrusion black N550 was selected. The surface of the particles is smooth and the structure is high. The EPDM / CPE blend rubber has a good reinforcement effect. However, excessive carbon black easily forms micelles, which reduces the mechanical properties of rubber blends.

Widely used in wire and cable (cables for coal mines and specified wires of UL, VDE and other standards), hydraulic hoses, vehicle hoses, tapes, adhesive boards, PVC profiles, pipe modification, magnetic materials and ABS modification

It can also produce plastic doors, windows and pipes in large quantities, and can also be used as a special rubber instead of neoprene
