Description:

PVC Foaming Regulator is a new ultra-high molecular weight acrylic processing aid for rigid PVC and high quality foam applications. Compare with other processing aid, its molecular weight is much higher than that of general-purpose processing aid, has a high melt strength, capable of imparting a more uniform product the cell structure and a lower density.

Its fast fusion performance make PVC melt better in low temperature, then change flow of PVC effectively.
Enhance melt strength, elongation and thermal elasticity, makes surface of PVC product excellent.

Performance:

Adding regulator in foamed product has following three effects
Promote the plasticization of materials
Increase the melt strength of the material, prevent the merging and bursting of bubbles, so as to obtain a foamed product with uniform cell structure and lower density
Increase the melt strength of the material to prevent the surface of the product from being broken due to friction and traction, thereby obtaining a product with a smooth surface
