Description
Foaming regulators added in low extrusion PVC products, it can promote gelation of PVC, enhance the strength and extension of the melt and improve the surface quality of products. It also can promote blowing agent to form stable fine bubble hole, not to form large holes, so foams will get low density and better strength.

Performance
Adding regulator in foamed product has following three effects
Promote the plasticization of materials
Increase the melt strength of the material, prevent the merging and bursting of bubbles, so as to obtain a foamed product with uniform cell structure and lower density
Increase the melt strength of the material to prevent the surface of the product from being broken due to friction and traction, thereby obtaining a product with a smooth surface
