Description
HL-901 is an acrylic polymer which can promote fusion and fluidity of PVC compound to increase the strength of foaming matreials, prevent bubble fusion and cracking to obtain uniformly foamed products and lower product density.

Performance
Adding regulator in foamed product has following three effects
Promote the plasticization of materials
Increase the melt strength of the material, prevent the merging and bursting of bubbles, so as to obtain a foamed product with uniform cell structure and lower density
Increase the melt strength of the material to prevent the surface of the product from being broken due to friction and traction, thereby obtaining a product with a smooth surface
Application
Mainly used for WPC & foaming material product, such as: PVC WPC foaming profile,plate,WPC building template,foaming profile,foaming board etc rigid product.
