Description:

PVC foam regulator is a high molecular weight polymer which is polymerized by one or several kinds of acrylate monomer, which will give the fondant excellent melt strength to promote the generation of the bubbles, stabilize the bubble structure, make the bubble even and close, prevent fracture of the bubbles, improve the cell quality and decrease the density of the final foam products.

Acrylic foam regulator can be widely used in WPC products, PVC foam profile, PVC foam pipe and PVC foam boards.

Performance
Its fast fusion performance make PVC melt better in low temperature, then change flow of PVC effectively.
Enhance melt strength, elongation and thermal elasticity, makes surface of PVC product excellent.

Performance:

Adding regulator in foamed product has following three effects
Promote the plasticization of materials
Increase the melt strength of the material, prevent the merging and bursting of bubbles, so as to obtain a foamed product with uniform cell structure and lower density
Increase the melt strength of the material to prevent the surface of the product from being broken due to friction and traction, thereby obtaining a product with a smooth surface
