Product Description

PVC foaming regulator is a kind of super-high molecular weight polymer with multi-layer structure independently developed by our company. It is made of acrylic monomer by multi-stage emulsion polymerization. It is widely used in PVC extrusion with low foaming products.This product is white flowing powder, bulk density 0.30-0.50g/cm3, insoluble in water, ethanol, soluble in trichloromethane.

 

Performance:
1) Its fast fusion performance make PVC melt better in low temperature, then change flow of PVC effectively.
2) Enhance melt strength, elongation and thermal elasticity, makes surface of PVC product excellent.
