Product Description

RUNYE CPE 135A injection molding grade is a high molecular weight chlorinated polyethylene impact modifier optimized for rigid PVC injection molding applications. This premium grade features carefully controlled molecular weight and Mooney viscosity to provide the ideal balance of melt fluidity and impact enhancement required for the high-shear, short-cycle injection molding process. The high molecular weight of this CPE 135A grade ensures effective impact modification at economical loading levels while the controlled elastomeric character provides the shear-thinning behavior beneficial for filling complex mold geometries with thin walls, intricate details, and long flow paths. During the injection molding process, CPE 135A particles undergo elongation and fibrillation under the intense shear conditions in the screw and nozzle, creating a finely dispersed elastomeric network in the PVC matrix. This network serves as a highly effective toughening mechanism, absorbing impact energy through cavitation and shear yielding processes that prevent catastrophic brittle fracture. Unlike some impact modifiers that can cause surface defects, flow marks, or gate blush in injection molded parts, our carefully engineered CPE 135A grade produces parts with excellent surface aesthetics including uniform gloss, consistent color, and freedom from visible flow lines. RUNYE CPE 135A injection molding grade is widely used for rigid PVC injection molded products including electrical junction boxes and switch housings, conduit fittings and accessories, appliance components and housings, furniture fittings and connectors, automotive interior and exterior trim parts, industrial valve bodies and pump housings, office equipment components, and consumer goods enclosures. The material is fully compatible with all commonly used PVC heat stabilizer systems, internal and external lubricants, processing aids, fillers, pigments, and other formulation ingredients. It can be incorporated via hot-cold dry blending with PVC resin followed by direct injection molding or via pre-compounding into pelletized ready-to-mold compounds for molders who prefer the convenience of pre-formulated materials. CPE 135A modified compounds also show good recyclability, with regrind from sprues and runners being re-incorporated without significant degradation of mechanical or aesthetic properties.

Our CPE 135A is packaged in 25kg woven bags with inner PE liner to prevent moisture absorption during storage and transportation.
