Product Description
RUNYE CPE 135A for PVC sheets is a specialized chlorinated polyethylene impact modifier engineered to deliver exceptional weather resistance and impact durability in rigid PVC sheet and panel applications. This premium grade features an optimized chlorine content and controlled molecular structure that provides outstanding long-term outdoor performance, making it the ideal choice for PVC sheets used in exterior cladding, roofing, signage, and other exposed applications where resistance to sunlight, rain, and temperature extremes is essential. The saturated carbon backbone of CPE 135A, combined with its pendant chlorine atoms, provides inherent stability against photo-oxidative degradation that dramatically outperforms butadiene-based impact modifiers in outdoor exposure. In accelerated weathering tests, PVC sheets modified with CPE 135A retain over 90% of their original impact strength after 3000 hours of xenon arc exposure, compared to rapid embrittlement observed with MBS or ABS modified formulations. During sheet extrusion and calendering, the elastomeric CPE 135A particles undergo controlled deformation to form a uniformly dispersed network throughout the PVC matrix, providing consistent impact resistance in all directions. This isotropic toughening is particularly important for sheet products that may experience impact from any direction during handling, fabrication, and service. Our advanced production technology ensures minimal gel content and excellent thermal stability, enabling long, uninterrupted production runs without die build-up or surface defects.

RUNYE CPE 135A is used in the production of rigid and semi-rigid PVC sheets for exterior building cladding and siding panels, roofing sheets and corrugated panels, signage and display boards for outdoor advertising, chemical-resistant lining sheets for tanks and vessels, clean room wall and ceiling panels, automotive interior trim sheets, furniture laminates and edge banding, and vacuum-formed packaging and industrial trays. The material processes well on both single-screw and twin-screw extrusion lines, as well as in calendering operations for thinner gauge sheet production. CPE 135A is compatible with titanium dioxide and other pigments for producing white and colored sheets, and with impact modifier combinations (CPE plus acrylic) for optimizing the balance of impact strength, weatherability, and surface gloss for specific application requirements.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceOur CPE 135A is packaged in 25kg woven bags with inner PE liner to prevent moisture absorption during storage and transportation. Bulk packaging options include 500kg jumbo bags and 1000kg palletized loads available upon request. Every production batch is rigorously tested in our in-house laboratory for chlorine content, tensile strength, elongation, thermal stability, and particle size distribution before release. We maintain complete batch traceability records and provide certificates of analysis (COA) with every shipment. Our factory operates under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, with raw material inspection, in-process control, and final product testing at every stage. Samples are retained for 12 months for quality traceability. We offer free samples for customer evaluation and technical support for formulation optimization to ensure maximum performance in your specific application.
