Product Description
RUNYE CPE 135A chlorinated polyethylene rubber grade is a versatile thermoplastic elastomer modifier designed for PVC compound toughening applications where excellent compatibility, good flexibility, and broad polymer blending capability are required. This grade exploits the unique dual character of CPE 135A: it functions as an effective impact modifier in rigid PVC formulations while also providing elastic character similar to synthetic rubber for semi-rigid and flexible compounds. The 35% chlorine content of CPE 135A creates a solubility parameter that closely matches PVC, ensuring molecular-level compatibility that is superior to most other elastomeric modifiers. This excellent compatibility translates to efficient impact modification at lower loadings and reduced tendency for phase separation during processing or service. In addition to its role as a PVC impact modifier, CPE 135A demonstrates good compatibility with a wide range of other polymers including PE, PP, ABS, SAN, and various synthetic rubbers, making it a valuable compatibilizer for polymer blends and recycled mixed-plastic streams. The crystalline elastomer nature of CPE 135A contributes to a unique combination of rubber-like elasticity with some thermoplastic character, allowing for interesting property development in specialty compounds. Our manufacturing process uses a controlled chlorination technology that ensures uniform chlorine distribution and minimal residual crystallinity, resulting in consistent product performance that compounders and product developers can depend on for demanding technical applications.

RUNYE CPE 135A rubber grade is used in a diverse range of PVC compound applications including footwear soles and components, hose and tubing compounds, sealing gaskets and weather strips, flexible and semi-rigid profile extrusions, co-extruded gaskets in rigid profiles, polymer alloy and blend development, recycled plastic upgrading, and specialty molded rubber goods. It is also used as a property modifier in non-PVC polymer systems including polyethylene film toughness enhancement, polypropylene low-temperature impact improvement, ABS weatherability upgrade, and rubber compound property extension. The product is typically incorporated through melt compounding in internal mixers, twin-screw extruders, or two-roll mills, and is compatible with standard PVC and rubber compounding additives across all common stabilizer and plasticizer systems.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceOur CPE 135A is packaged in 25kg woven bags with inner PE liner to prevent moisture absorption during storage and transportation. Bulk packaging options include 500kg jumbo bags and 1000kg palletized loads available upon request. Every production batch is rigorously tested in our in-house laboratory for chlorine content, tensile strength, elongation, thermal stability, and particle size distribution before release. We maintain complete batch traceability records and provide certificates of analysis (COA) with every shipment. Our factory operates under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, with raw material inspection, in-process control, and final product testing at every stage. Samples are retained for 12 months for quality traceability. We offer free samples for customer evaluation and technical support for formulation optimization to ensure maximum performance in your specific application.
