Product Description

CPE 135A For PVC Trunking Impact Modifier/CAS 63231-66-3 With Good Low-Temperature Flexibility

Introduction:
It is chloridized by HDPE. Due to the molecule of CPE does not contain double bond, it has excellent weatherability, anti-flaming and wide application. It is mainly used as PVC impact modifier.

Product performance:
It is white powder and innocuous. Since hydrogen atoms are replaced by chlorine atoms, the crystallization of HDPE was destroyed and becomes soft and full of rubber property. Because of the presence of chlorine atom, CPE turns into polar polymers and has the same polar groups as PVC. Under this situation, it increases the compatibility of PVC. In addition, it can blend with PE, PS and rubber to improve its physical properties.

Application:
Chlorinated Polyethylene or CPE 135A is mainly used in PVC door and window profile, U-PVC drainage tube, water inlet, cold bending trough tube, PVC foam plate, PVC extruding plate and press plate, etc.

Package, Storage and Transportation:
Plastic PE film lined and PP woven bag. Should be stored in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Not allowed outdoor storage. Keep away from sunshine and humidity during its storage or transportation.
