Product Description
RUNYE CPE 135A is a high performance chlorinated polyethylene impact modifier specifically engineered for PVC pipe fittings. This white powder additive is produced through a controlled chlorination process of high-density polyethylene, resulting in an elastomeric material with 35±1% chlorine content that delivers exceptional impact strength enhancement when blended with rigid PVC formulations. The unique molecular structure of CPE 135A features both polar chlorinated segments and non-polar polyethylene segments, which allows it to form a semi-interpenetrating network within the PVC matrix. Under proper processing conditions, this network structure significantly improves the notched impact strength of finished PVC pipe fittings while maintaining good processability and surface finish. CPE 135A has a solubility parameter closely matching that of PVC, ensuring excellent compatibility and uniform dispersion throughout the compound. Unlike conventional acrylic impact modifiers, CPE 135A provides a balanced combination of impact modification, weatherability, and cost-effectiveness that makes it the preferred choice for pipe fitting manufacturers worldwide. The low heat of fusion characteristic (≤2.0 J/g) indicates minimal crystallinity, which is beneficial for achieving homogeneous blending and consistent mechanical properties in the final product. Our advanced production technology ensures batch-to-batch consistency in key parameters including Mooney viscosity, chlorine content, and particle size distribution, giving compounders the reliability they need for high-volume manufacturing of PVC pipe fittings with demanding quality standards.

RUNYE CPE 135A impact modifier is widely used in the production of rigid PVC pipe fittings including elbows, tees, couplings, reducers, flanges, and valve bodies for both pressure and non-pressure applications. It is the preferred impact modifier for PVC-U pipe fittings used in building drainage systems, water supply networks, industrial chemical piping, electrical conduit fittings, and agricultural irrigation systems. The excellent processability of CPE 135A makes it suitable for both injection molding and extrusion of complex fitting geometries, while its weatherability ensures long-term outdoor durability for fittings used in exposed installations. CPE 135A is also compatible with calcium-zinc and lead-based stabilizer systems commonly used in PVC pipe fitting formulations, providing formulation flexibility for compounders serving diverse global markets with varying regulatory requirements.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceOur CPE 135A is packaged in 25kg woven bags with inner PE liner to prevent moisture absorption during storage and transportation. Bulk packaging options include 500kg jumbo bags and 1000kg palletized loads available upon request. Every production batch is rigorously tested in our in-house laboratory for chlorine content, tensile strength, elongation, thermal stability, and particle size distribution before release. We maintain complete batch traceability records and provide certificates of analysis (COA) with every shipment. Our factory operates under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, with raw material inspection, in-process control, and final product testing at every stage. Samples are retained for 12 months for quality traceability. We offer free samples for customer evaluation and technical support for formulation optimization to ensure maximum performance in your specific application.
